A form* has been prepared by the Division for all persons who have had such an experience with dangerous or harmful products. Any accident that may have occurred through the use of a particular product can be reported via this form. The Division will then make its investigations based on the information given therein.
According to the provisions found in the Data Protection Act 2001, all information is treated with the strictest confidence.
*This form should be printed, completed and sent by post to the Operations Directorate at the Consumer and Competition Division, 'Office for Fair Trading', Cannon Road, St. Venera.
